Our experience spans over a wide range of sectors from manufacturing and technology to transportation, medical, fashion, military and the luxury goods.
Whether it's a passion project or a mass-market invention, we can bring your product from idea to fruition.
What we do
Research & Development
Have an idea on a napkin and need to work quickly? We will identify what is needed to develop your idea, create the initial system design and begin preliminary concepts that will outline how your product can be produced.
Industrial Design
It's time to take things to the next level by developing materials that finalize the product design. We will produce drawings, renderings or other 2D art of your idea and determine (with you) what your product looks like, how it works, and how it could be made. All services for making a prototype “Proof of Concept” are provided. Perfect for making promotional materials and presenting to potential consumers and investors.
Engineering and Prototyping
We will create 3D models (CAD) of your product so that a functional prototype can be created. Design Prototypes both look and function like the finished product and can be used for a variety of purposes, including sales presentations, market research, presentations to potential investors, or to evaluate the overall feasibility of the concept. If needed, additional development can be carried out after this stage.
Factory Sourcing and Initial Costing
Once the product has been designed and developed, we will create a product deck used to secure preliminary tooling and production estimates from a manufacturer. We will help source the right factory for your product.
Design for Manufacture (DFM)
If you determine that you want to move forward into production, we will develop all the necessary engineering, documentation and plans that the factory will need using the stages prior to production.
Production
We have tried and tested third-party manufacturers that can produce your product. You may choose to work with one of our partners, or you may source your own factory. In either case, we can serve as a project manager, helping you through the various stages of manufacturing up to final delivery.
